OH NO! IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN
I know it’s very dull to make the weather the subject of my six words, but we’ve just had two nice, sunny, warm-ish days after some very windy days (tail end of Hurricane/Tropical Cyclone Katia), and now the grey clouds are gathering and I’m pretty sure it’s going to rain. Why does the weather do this? It lulls you into a false sense of pleasantness and then wham, it’s whipped from under your feet and it’s back to the wet stuff.
For more Six Word Saturday participants have a look at Cate’s blog, Show My Face.

I hope.. you njoy the rain..
Well done with ur 6WS !
I don’t really enjoy the rain – unless the ground is parched and I know we really need it!
Solidarity, sister.
You could be describing Stockport.
I suppose it’s a similar picture all over the UK – never know from one hour to the next what’s going to happen!
We’re recovering from Irene, who severely damaged the souther half of Vermont. Hang in there.
Sorry to hear about all the damage. I hadn’t realised quite how far reaching it was.
Sunshine and spring days where I am – all I can say is finally. I’m not a fan of rainy winter days. Actually I’m not a fan of rain full stop, hope yours doesn’t hang around too long
Definitely not a fan of rain either, but in the end it didn’t last long, and we have a sunny afternoon.
We just got some MUCH NEEDED rain. Blessings from SWS.
It’s definitly not much needed here – warmth and sunshine is what we need, to make up for the lack of it in the summer.
Sometimes a little rain goes a long way. Hang in there!
Yes, a little goes quite far enough!
Just to keep us guessing… I guess! (:>) Or maybe to remind us that we are not in control!
Happy Saturday!
I think you are right on both counts!
Are you sure you don’t live in Cape Town…that is par for the course here!
If I ever travelled to Cape Town, at least I’d know what to expect!
You are getting too much rain we are dying here in Texas from the lack of it….hope you have blue skies soon!!
Hope the rain stays away!
It did in the end!
I think it looks like we are heading that way with the weather too.
Hope it’s not too wet for you when the rain arrives.
Rain isn’t unusual here in England LOL.
No, we are certainly very used to it!
I would imagine after the weather you have had, rain would be furtherest thing you would want weather wise at this stage of the game; hoping more sunshine days come your way; just visiting from 6-word Saturday
We got off quite lightly really, as regards the tail end of the hurricane – Scotland and the north of England were hit much harder.
