I used to be indecisive…

…but now I'm not so sure

six word saturday – loch lomond and trossachs national park

I was up in Scotland last weekend, for my nephew’s birthday party.  We flew up on Friday evening and came back on Sunday, but I still feel as though I am trying to catch up with everything!

We had a great weekend and, despite pouring rain for the journey on Friday, Saturday was a beautiful day showing off the countryside at its very best.

We were in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park which is dramatic enough when the weather is damp and miserable, but stunningly beautiful on sunny days.

  1. Hi Elaine ~~ That’s why I’ve been missing you lately. It is soooooo pretty up there it is a wonder you came back. I know you enjoyed your nephew too. I guess you didn’t find Nessie or you would have made the news. 🙂

We drove along the lock from Inverness down to Fort August a few years back. All along we were looking for Nessie!

  2. Fabulous! That’s just gorgeous.

  3. Oh I like the sound of your opening post…Scotland how beautiful..and of course birthday parties are the best, right!

  4. Beautiful pic. High on the list of places I have to see before I die. Lucky you to be so close.

  5. It looks very scenic there! So glad you took that opportunity to visit family and help celebrate your nephew’s birthday! Hope you get caught up soon!

Now it's your turn
