END OF TERM – TIME TO BREATHE

Phew, we’ve made it!  We all survived a very busy week with four play performances, a Christingle service rehearsed and delivered, a high-energy Christmas lunch party for 240 pupils and yesterday a class party.  I think I may need to go and lie down….

For more Six Word Saturday participants have a look at Cate’s blog, Show My Face.

  1. Poor teacher! In every sense 😉

Oops! Scratch that! I don’t mean you are a poor teacher 😦

Poor as in, to be pitied, to be underpaid.

Ignore me; the bug has addled my wits.

  2. Never mind, you’ll soon be living the life of ease (or not, if you’re getting ready for the real Christmas!)

    • I count myself very lucky to have a two week break now and can get ready for next weekend in a more leisurely way than folks who get a very short break. Of course, it means there is absolutely no excuse for not being ready in time!

  3. I’m tired just reading what you’ve been doing – hope you get some time to put your feet up over Christmas

    • I hope to be able to put my feet up on Christmas Day itself when Mr I used to be indecisive… will be doing all the cooking (a tradition I we started about 20 years ago!)

  4. I think you DESERVE to lie down!

    Angelic Six Words

  5. Yikes! And I thought I’d had a busy week!

  6. Hooray for you!…and I too always have Charlie Brown and his friends and Snoopy (or the Red Baron) who ever he is at the moment in my heart especially this time of year!

  7. I think congratulations are in order!
Hey that is six words too!
    (so was that!)

  8. Sounds like you deserve a rest! Hope you get some peaceful moments to enjoy the season.

Love the pic. Charlie Brown Christmas is one of my favorites Christmas shows.

  9. Enjoy your well-deserved break

Now it's your turn
