I used to be indecisive…

…but now I'm not so sure

six word Saturday – old trees

It seems no time at all since last Saturday – the week has flown by without much time for writing posts never mind keep up with the blogs I follow regularly.  My mum went home on Thursday having had an excellent time here with us, which was definitely helped by the beautiful weather.  We enjoyed sitting in the garden, but also going out and about for coffees in lovely locations.  The new school term started, so it’s back to work for me (in a class part time until Christmas, then we’ll see what comes my way).

Here’s the view we had from our table when we had morning coffee at The Grove hotel last week.  The big tree on the right of the picture was planted in the 1770s – one of many old specimen trees in the grounds.

  1. I have six more words for you…
Meeting Justin Beaver with caramello koalas!

  2. What a lovely photo! A great view to your coffee 🙂
Sounds like you had a wonderful week, no wonder it felt like time was flying!
    Have a good weekend!

  3. Good time always fly too fast. Lovely photo.

  4. 🙂 Lovely picture, lovely setting Elaine.
We just returned from London having spent a very nice time with our daughter. That is saying something considering she worked most every day. She and KP (four-year-old granddaughter) did spend two weeks with us away, that was nicer still.

Here is hoping your school term will be happy for you.

  5. “Mum” time is imprtant, Elaine. I’m sure it will have been appreciated. That garden looks gorgeous. 🙂

  6. So your week has disappeared as fast as mine – glad I’m not alone

  7. A most lovely photo, and I also want to know, gee whiz where is the time going?

  8. Having coffee in a beautiful setting sounds like a wonderful way to watch a week fly by.

Now it's your turn
