  1. These adult colouring books are all the rage now, aren’t they? I have coloured-in all my life; it’s calming.

The first competition prize I ever won was for colouring-in, when I was about eleven. 🙂

  2. Jealous!! That looks awesome! x

  3. Elaine,

Put it somewhere where you sit at least once a day, at the end of the dinner table, a TV chair, and put everything ready to go, that way you don’t waste time setting up.

MAKE, MAKE, MAKE time: ten little minutes… every day (that adds up to one hour and ten minutes in a week) and take it as a little snippet of “me” time.

Relaxing and taking a little breather will help make the other things in your life go better I am sure. Treat it as an exercise for your health… lower your blood pressure an heart rate, clear your mind of the normal busy chaos of life… and most of all enjoy yourself and have something to show for it over time 🙂

p.s. I’m not familiar with this brand of coloured pencils but please know that coloured pencils are NOT all created equal. A really good brand is well worth paying for, they have a far great depth of colour, break less and the quality becomes really mega obvious as you colour in or draw.

I look forward to seeing some of the pages you have coloured in !!!

Now it's your turn
