I used to be indecisive…

…but now I'm not so sure

It’s Time for a New Challenge

Becky’s December square photo challenge starts today.  My aim is to post a photo a day for the whole month – it’s not called a challenge for nothing.  She has chosen ‘time’ as the subject and we are invited to interpret the word in any way we like as long as the main photo of our post is square.

As today is also the first day of Advent, it is time to put up my advent calendar card – sent to me, as one has been for the last 6 or 7 years, by a friend.

This post is linking with Becky’s Square photo challenge and Debbie’s Six Word Saturday.

travel theme: time

I’m linking up with Ailsa at Where’s My Backpack for the travel theme, Time.  I’ve chosen some photos showing clocks.

The first two are in London.

Big Ben, London

The Elizabeth Tower at the Palace of Westminster – more usually known as Big Ben

Westminster Abbey, London (533x800)

We’re staying in the UK for the next one.  This is the water clock on Southwold Pier, Suffolk.

Moving further afield now, this is a church tower in a small square in Chania, Crete.

And finally, the Old Red Museum, Dallas.

six word saturday – time

There just don’t seem to be enough hours in my day and days in my week at the moment to accomplish all the things that need to be done, then to add to it all I looked at the garden this morning and realised that the grass is desperately in need of a cut. One more thing to add to my already quite long list. Somehow this weekend I need to find time to do a week’s worth of laundry, clear things up from the summer holiday visitors  (yes, the guest room is still not back to normal and is a dumping ground for all the stuff that needs to be properly tidied and filed away), deal with the mounting pile of mail, learn the rest of the theory for the written test which is part of learning to scuba dive, plan and prepare next week’s lessons.  Oh, and eat.  What am I doing on the internet and writing a post for my blog you may ask?  Procrastinating,  I’d say.

I got the idea for this post at Show My Face.
